I did takeout - super great Indian takeout (and only one on 14th). This is pricier than somewhat nearby Indian takeout but it is much, much better! Loved My butter chicken & naan, I’ll be back to try other dishes. Inside had nice environment and a big bar, I’m sure it’s fun when it’s busy.
This is one of my favorite, if not absolute favorite, Indian restaurants in DC. The food is incredible and spiced to perfection whether it’s at its mildest or spiciest. The drinks are also great! And the staff is wonderful and warm and pleasant, including the owners who have been there every time I have. Oh, and they live up to their name superbly; their naan is the best I’ve had anywhere. I strongly recommend the garlic naan.
Never eaten in but the food is great, I've multiple curries from here and they never miss. Good value for the quality and amount of food they give you. There are other modern Indian restaurants in DC but this is a great place for staple Indian dishes.
We stopped in here on a whim for lunch and WOW we were so pleased!! I got the chicken makhani & my husband got the coconut curry and we both loved our dishes. I think we're porbably coming right back here for dinner tonight, it's that good! A million stars!!!!

Had a great meal here! It’s a beautiful space and we sat in one of two window seats. I had butter chicken (but called something different on the menu) that was excellent. I asked for medium spicy and they nailed it. Super friendly service- if I lived in the area I would be going back for more.
It’s nice to have a place that’s open for lunch in the neighborhood. This place is tasty and nicely decorated. The spice level was on point. Meaning when they say spicy, they mean it. Yay! I liked the cheesy naan a lot. I’m not super knowledgeable about Indian food. Everything I ate here tasted good to me!
The Chicken Tikka Masala, outside of the lamb, is by far one of their best dishes. As far as the place itself, it's lounge-like, chill, has a good atmosphere and vibe, and the staff has always treated myself and family with excellent service .
